John Wyble


John Wyble is a thirty-year veteran of Northwest campaigns. John has defeated the most Republican incumbents in the Washington State Legislature since 2000. He is the only consultant in Washington State to win the “Reed Award” for best Television Ad in a local race and the Gold for “Best Legislative Direct Mail”. 


He started his political career doing field work for former State Senator Harriet Spanel in 1986. John worked as the Political Director for Washington Citizen Action and the Washington Conservation Voters in the 1990s. He has worked on the candidate campaigns of Maria Cantwell, Norm Dicks, Mayor Greg Nickels, Mayor Mike McGinn and Speaker Frank Chopp. He  has provided public relations assistance for U.S. Representative Brian Baird and then U.S. Representative Jay Inslee. He worked on two minimum wage initiatives and the energy initiative in Washington State. He ran the 2012 Families and Education Levy in Seattle and has won over 30 local levies and bonds in the last 15 years. 

 He excels in online advertising, GIS targeting, TV and radio production, media buys, autodial polling, photography, videography, direct mail advertising and general campaign consulting.

Hailing from Spokane, Halei Watkins brings nearly a decade of political experience to the job.  After earning her degree from UW, she began her career with the King County Labor Council before moving on to the Washington Bus, a non-profit that seeks to engage youth in the political process. She has organized coalition campaign work for both legislative and electoral priorities through the Win/Win Network.

In 2012, Halei served as Regional Field Director for the North Puget Sound for Washington United for Marriage, the campaign to Approve R74 and secure the freedom to marry for gay and lesbian couples in our state, managing all voter contact programs north of King County. 

Halei joined WinPower from Planned Parenthood Votes Northwest & Hawaii, where she worked as Seattle organizing lead, working to build one of Planned Parenthood's strongest grassroots advocacy bases in the country. 

In 2015, she ran for Seattle City Council in District 5, completing a strong campaign at the age of 26 in a crowded field of candidates. 

Halei specializes in grassroots organizing, direct voter contact, coalition building, strategic planning, messaging, direct mail, and general campaign consulting.  She is particularly passionate about electing women, young people, and people of color to office at all levels.
